So over the holidays i bought the new ” One Yard Wonders” book by Rebecca Yaker and Trish Hoskins. LOVE that book. so i finally got around to making something from it. I started with this sundress. I know the picture is crappy, but it fits so well, and it was easy to make. I can’t wait to make some more things in this book.

Hi Ellen, sorry it took me so long to get back to you, i took a few pictures of the back, if you’d like to send me your email address I’d be happy to send them to you. it was a little tricky to get the bodice attached for sure, I’m not used to working with skirts that have elastic all around. I just played with it a bit, and it seems to be OK, although i wish i would have made a few minor adjustments.

Your dress looks great. I like the added red sash. I’m in the process of making the same one for my daughter. I can’t see how the back is suppose to look. I’ve having trouble with where the bodice back pieces end on the skirt back. Hard to explain. A picture of the back of your dress would help.
