Read the directions and directly you will be directed in the right direction.

Just dropping in to post what I’ve been working  on this week.   We watched Alice in Wonderland the other day, it’s one of my very favorite movies.  So i decided that i would like to use it. I printed out a coloring page and transferred it to a hand embroidery pattern, that was a first for me.  Turns out it’s a pretty huge task with all the little details and such.  here’s where i am progress wise….. I still have to finish the white Rabbit, and Alice and some little details (they’re off to the left of the picture… this alone took me over 20 hours…) yikes! i guess I’m petty slow, although this is my second big-ish hand embroidery.

I love the poppies. I was thinking of making a skirt with embroidery for a while, but always kinda thought it would be too hard… I will check out those books you recommended!

I also added you to the blogs followed by my blog! I am enoying reading yours, seems we have a lot of similar crafting ideas! :)
