We are all aware of what to expect when Matty Ford comes to boom! Complete absolute chaos!!! His last attack at boom took place during the largest storm of this season…but that didnt stop him from tearing the roof off like never before, and this time hes prepared to melt the fucker down…
So this time around Matty has a little something special in store for you all, not only will he be performing live remixes/mashups of everything from Metallica, Mc Hammer, Super Mario Bros, KrissKross, etc. He will also be performing LIVE SYNTH LINES and SOLOS just to spice things up a bit and to keep you all on your toes!

Dub Demon spawned when Steve Mitton moved into the Bass Station commune at 1699 Main St in Moncton, joined the Bass Cadets, and subsequently attended the Evolve Music Festival with them in 2010. Seeing Idol Mark Harmsworth play (and camping beside him and …chillin) was the main influence behind Steve morphing into Dub Demon, mixing machine, scoring his first show as an opener in only six months, and even learning to mix with his feet, just to prove to the rest of the crew he could. After living with the frustration all Monctonian electronic music fans feel over the lack of commercial support for electronic music in their city, Dub Demon created the “Moncton’s Electronic Love” group on Facebook to see what the Moncton drum and bass and dubstep scene was really up to. The group has become more successful than anticipated, with electronic music fans, producers, and DJ’s coming out of the woodwork from all genres, from all over the city.
