Hey everybody! It’s me Harmsworth. Got a new mix for you and its something a little different. I’m putting the Bro-Step , Jump Up and Tare out breaks on the back burner and trying something new.

I got a new name and a new flavor: Def Child will be a mix of Purple Dub-Step , trap bass, Ragga vocals and a few other surprises to keep it interesting.

I met BassGrynder at the Evolve Festival in Nova Scotia last summer. i was stumble along a dark , half lit path. Half lit myself, i hear some of the sickest tracks rip out of this large tent like structure ,know as ‘the yurt’ , imagine what you think of when i say, hippie mansion, thats what this thing looks like… i digress. Falling over my self i make my way back stage to see who was playing. there i find this guy jumping up and down so hard the stage was falling apart, one of the best sets i saw all weekend, i introduced my self, and the rest is history.

since then we recently made a mix together, The Beginning of the End, which we did in a pen pal meets dj battle fashion, recorded mini sets and emailed them back and fourth.

Here is a mix i did for The Mushpost Weekly Grime Brick with The Orator EVERY MONDAY 10pm(est) on 90.1 WRUV FM or wruv.org. a little description for the mix: i called this the bi-poler mix, tried to go one for one with what i consider to be a pretty track, with one that is super heavy. just an experiment with flow that i think worked out.
